  • Bill by extensions, departments, cost centres, trunk line, or individual users
  • Departmental and Extension summary reports.
  • Incoming calls- detailed, summary, and day of time usage reports by extension or trunk lines.
  • Analytical reports - longest calls, busiest extensions, most frequently dialed numbers, most expensive calls, and the total incurred on each trunk line for purposes of comparison with Telkom bills.
  • Specific number reporting - find out the call history to a specific location (single number / group of numbers)
