PHONEXT PhoNext- Application Generators offers a high level of tools for rapid application development, designed for the creative developers and programmers. The Generator is based on COM+ technology andincludes the Graphic Editor for Scenario building, validation and simulation. It includes component packages such as Call Control, IVR, Speech Recognition, ACD, Voice Mail and Database access (SQL, ADO, OLEDB, ODBC). The PhoNext combines visual programming either with the object oriented or procedural approach. The hybrid approach provides virtually unlimited customization possibilities due to the option that the developer can intergrate their own component, packages or even a VB/ JScript/ C++ code. HARDWARE/ SOFTWARE PROFILE The PhoNext platform is a scalable client server solution based on Microsoft NT operating and compatible with Microsoft Back Office. The voice boards are based on Dialogic and other vendors. The customer configuration can start from a single PC upto virtually unlimited number of PC's. All the management tools are Web based which enable remote administration over TCP/IP networks. The handshake protocol between the PhoNext server and the HP Open Viewer Control System is SNMP.
