TELLER INDICATOR : MS16/2 Teller Indicators can display general messages, time and date. When a teller presses the button to call the next customer, the general messages will be interrupted and a special message will be displayed. This will be displayed for approximately 10 seconds and thereafter the general messages will continue.
Two types of "Teller messages" can be displayed: Teller Walkman: The display will show teller number and a little man figure walking left /right- according to the direction set by the DIP switch- to indicate which direction the customer has to go. An audio "beep" sound will be heard in order to attract the attention of the customers. Flexible Messages If this option is selected, then a user can enter individual messages for each teller. It can display the service provided, the Teller's name, direction in which to go, as well as personal messages. |
